Join us on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm for a presentation on the draft Tri-Cities Region Food Security Action Plan.
The Plan provides a road map and identifies specific actions for Tri-Cities local governments (Anmore, Belcarra, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody) to address challenges and seize opportunities to improve food security within the region.
This is the final phase of the Plan process, which has relied heavily on input from the general public of the Tri-Cities region since the project began in early 2021.
This free event will include:
6:30-6:35: Welcome and Event Overview
6:35-7:00: Presentation of the Food Security Charter, Draft Plan and Recommended Actions
7:00-7:30: Public Feedback and Comments on the Draft Documents
7:30-8:00: Next Steps and General Discussion
Once you’ve registered for a ticket, details and a Zoom link to the event will be emailed to you. A copy of the Draft Plan will be sent to you a day before the event.
